Regular products: Orders are shipped within 2 business days after payment.
3D printed products: These are custom-made items and typically take about one week to produce. This means they will be shipped approximately 10 days after payment.
For most orders to the United States and Europe, delivery takes 6–15 business days. All items are shipped from China.
Yes, a tracking number will be provided for every order once shipped. You can use it to check the real-time status on the carrier's website.
For US and EU is tax free, we will hold the tariff & VAT. For other countries customs policies vary by country/region. Any customs duties or import fees are the buyer's responsibility. Please check your local customs regulations.
If damage occurs during transit, please contact us within 48 hours and provide photos of the damage. We will arrange a return or exchange for you.
Inherent characteristics of 3D‑printed products (e.g., layer lines, minor surface irregularities)
Normal imperfections in second‑hand items (e.g., minor scratches, signs of age)
These are not considered quality defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Combine shipments: Multiple orders from the same buyer can be combined. Please contact us after placing your orders.
Split shipments: If you need items shipped separately (e.g., some in advance), please let us know. Note that split shipments may incur additional shipping costs.
